The Second City, the improvisational theatre group based in Chicago, IL that spawned the likes of Bull Murray, Chris Farley, Tina Fey, Steve Carrell, John Candy and scores of others, will briefly tour Colorado this week with stops in Boulder and Beaver Creek.
The comedy group will first appear at the Boulder Theatre on Wednesday, February 8 and then head into the mountains, performing again at Vilar Parforming Arts Center (VPAC) in Beaver Creek on Friday, February 10.
These two shows are the only two touring shows currently scheduled, so unless you're planning a trip to the Windy City, you'd better purchase tickets now.
Full of live and in-your-face entertainment that Netflix can’t provide, this must-attend show features improvised comedy, audience interaction, and in-the-moment sketches and songs. Fresh, fast and always spectacularly funny, The Second City is celebrating 55 years of producing cutting-edge satirical revues and launching the careers of generation after generation of comedy’s best and brightest.
COjam will be awarding one pair of free tickets to the BOULDER THEATER SHOW to one lucky winner. To enter the contest, simply comment at the bottom of this page, or post this URL into a Facebook post of your own and 'tag' COjam: The Colorado Jam Scene and a few friends. Good luck!
